Karen Lewis is the recently appointed Vice Chair of AIMIA. The role involves redefining the AIMIA brand and its proposition, while representing the digital and tech industry in Australia. A self-confessed advocate for digital innovation and women in tech. Originally from the UK, she moved to Australia working with brands such as TAL, David Jones, Citibank, and Woolworths.
Currently, Karen is the Head of Digital for Employsure, a workplace relations specialist company that provides an end-to-end service for over 14,000 small to medium businesses managing their employment and work health and safety obligations. Employsure support employers across all industries and sizes including some of Australia’s best known brands and franchises - cementing Employsure as the leading workplace relations specialists.
Prior to this, Karen had a wealth of experience delivering digital transformation programs and working in various global digital agencies. She has experience leading digital marketing divisions across many industries including financial services, retail, travel, as well as strong client side roles across her career.
With a reputable background and over 15 years’ experience in digital strategy, marketing, and UX/CX her passion drives her ambition to build better digital experiences.
