Kali has been on the People team at SpotX for 5 years. She focuses on new hire onboarding, education and oversees internal events and initiatives to promote company culture and employee experience. Not only is she passionate about teaching and helping people learn and develop, she loves learning and tries to learn something new regularly. Right now she is learning how to keep plants alive. Kali is a mother of a 21 month old and spends a lot of time chasing him around, going for runs with her dogs, reading books and drinking coffee.
