As a Navy veteran, Navy spouse and Stanford GSB Ignite Graduate, Justine is proud of the work she has accomplished within military communities across the nation ranging from higher education, social entrepreneurship, innovative program design, grassroots community organizing, digital environment design, behavior change strategies, to nonprofit leadership & management.
Today Justine is leading a global distributed nonprofit organization. Her authentic leadership style paired with her passion for building psychological safe and inclusive environments are the catalyst to the energetic and high-powered teams she leads. The Paradigm Switch is focused on equaling the playing field for military spouses across the globe by providing access to a data driven learning experience that will serve as the catalyst to their personal and professional digital transformation.
