Justin Wright is an experienced trainer, coach and mediator. End the Hunt teaches a method of negotiating for work that Justin discovered through his own process of career development with mentorship from several professionals generous enough to give him their time and advice. Under their mentorship, Justin applied End the Hunt's methodology to achieve success as a freelance Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioner. He has run trainings for clients in Spain, Tajikistan, Turkey, Mexico, and across the US. Justin has served as a teaching assistant for seminars at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, taught mediation practicums at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and served as a guest lecturer at Boston University Business School. Applying the same principles that End the Hunt teaches, he was able to generate these opportunities without any prior connection to these universities. Today, Justin works as a mediator, facilitator, and negotiation trainer/coach with students, activists and corporate clients, providing them with the tools to meet their most important goals, resolve conflict, improve communication and preserve key relationships. While working with diverse clients, Justin is particularly passionate about providing services to individuals and organizations pursuing missions of Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Entrepreneurship.
