Singapore
Justin is in charge of overall product development at ShopBack and is also the product owner for the ShopBack Mobile App. He is responsible for conceptualising the company’s product roadmap and developing the plans to execute on the roadmap. He also oversees the full product development lifecycle for all the product lines of the company - the website, mobile app, browser extension, affiliates engine and content management system. Justin joined ShopBack when the company had no product function; his first responsibility was to set up the team. Today, Justin leads a team of 3 product managers and 1 product director. He is also in charge of the Data Science team and the Product Design team. He works very closely with the Technology Leads and the engineering team to design, develop and ship exciting products to ShopBack’s customers.
Prior to ShopBack, Justin was part of the initial team that set up SingPost eCommerce, the digital commerce arm of Singapore’s National Postal Service. At SingPost eCommerce, he was the Director of eCommerce Solutions and in charge of the Indonesian market and the SME-sized market in Singapore. Justin was also previously a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company where he worked on a wide range of strategic projects for C-level executive teams across Southeast Asia.
