Salt Lake City
Justin is a product designer focused on work at the intersection of UX design and branding. He helps create great brands and experiences by understanding the lived experiences of the audiences he designs for. He believes that this ensures that impactful products are thoughtfully crafted around the beliefs, cultures, and identities that can influence decision-making and, ultimately, build up communities in positive ways.
Currently, Justin is a product designer at FOLX Health - an LGBTQ+ healthcare company working to make an inclusive and stigma-free healthcare system free of gatekeeping for the Queer and Trans community. His previous experience has also included work for consumer brands ranging from health to education.
Justin believes that community building and design go hand-in-hand. He works with organizations and teams that have their boots on the ground building WITH its communities, rather than for them. This belief drives his involvement as a member of the boards of Project Contrast, Queer Design Club, and AIGA Salt Lake City.
