Singapore
Julien leads ecosystem partnerships efforts at Aviva-Singlife, and looks to provide better access and coverage through collaborations with the movers and shakers of the industry.
He was previously from the FinTech Ecosystem Office at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and looked to build a vibrant FinTech ecosystem in Singapore, and to shape Singapore as a Smart Financial Centre.
Prior to MAS, he was at OCBC Bank, driving their innovation efforts, and also had a stint as a corporate banker, covering Chinese corporates. He was also part of a Chinese payments company, which introduced QR payments to Singapore, before QR payments became a norm.
Julien has a Master’s from the Universita della Svizzera italiana, and a Bachelor’s from the National University of Singapore; and can converse in four languages.
