Julianne is a UX Designer with 11 years experience in design and technology. Starting out in interaction and game design in the e-learning industry, she fell in love with HCD upon joining the User Experience team at the BBC in MediaCity UK in 2013.

Passionate about accessibility, diversity and inclusion, she has been in the role of Acting Manager of User Experience at Intrepid Group for the past year.

This year, she will welcome back her manager from maternity leave; continue to champion gender diversity in leadership and support the growth and development of UX at the world’s largest adventure travel company.
