Juliana is a passionate life coach, and a change and leadership agent. In the last 8 years, she has led change management, training, organizational development, and coaching at the UVA Physicians Group, James Madison University, and at Accenture. She has worked with businesses and individuals to achieve their professional and personal goals. People have worked with her to obtain goals they thought were unattainable, to achieve results in short periods of time, to cause breakthrough in their relationships, to get a new job or get promoted, and to cause transformation in their communities. In her spare time, Juliana enjoys creating health and wellness, learning to cook, practicing kung fu and pilates, and being in an adventurous partnership with her husband! She has traveled and spent time with family and friends in Belgium, France, England, Spain, Canada, and Brazil.
