Julia Nene Pratt is a strategic corporate communications professional with more than a decade of experience. In her current role as Senior Communications Manager of Healthgrades, Julia oversees all internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. She also chairs the Employee Resource Groups committee for the Healthgrades Inclusion and Diversity Council, helping to establish and support ERGs across the company.

Prior to joining Healthgrades, Julia worked in corporate social responsibility, PR and content marketing for brands in the insurance and hospitality industries. Before moving to Colorado, Julia held board positions at the Erie Philharmonic, Erie Art Museum and Preservation Erie in Erie, PA., and is currently involved in her neighborhood sustainability committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Alumni Network at University of Colorado, Boulder, where she is also pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

In her free time, Julia enjoys hiking, DIY projects, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and flat-coat retriever.
