I am a digital product designer and certified coach with a background in psychology. I have a BSc in Cognitive Science and an MSc in Psychology both from Brown University. I’ve worked in both academia and the start-up world which is where I found my passion: to take the research out of its ivory tower and break it down, so that it can be applied in the everyday.
I am fascinated by understanding human behavior and with finding the right evidence-based strategies that can help create meaningful design solutions.
I work as Head of Product for Happiness House, a personal development company based in Germany. I also run my own company, Franckh Consulting, where I help people live better and more empowered lives with evidence-based toolkits, workshops, and resources in the pursuit of the question "how can we create the lives we want to live?". I am originally from Germany and now live in London with my husband.
