Judy joined Slack at the end of 2014 as a customer experience agent and the first employee in Australia. Now, as the regional manager, she looks after the rapidly growing Slack customer experience team across APAC. It's her job to make sure the region is operating happily and efficiently. Managing people, quality control, planning for growth, and hiring strategy are some things she does. She knows how to do customer service well, having spent the last 17 years doing it.
