Judson Mykel
Judson joined General Assembly, as a San Diego instructor in September 2019. He is a junior UX Designer, based out of Ocean Beach,CA. With a bachelor's in psychology and a background in management and service, he enjoys using human-centered design thinking to find solutions to complex problems.
As an advocate for social equity, he has taken on the role as project manager at the Designing for the Homeless Organization, leading the San Diego team in ideating creative solutions to combat the homelessness crisis in Southern California.
When not designing, Judson is building bridges in the UX community through event planning and participation, volunteering with local UX-focused networking organizations. Between events, he also enjoys bodysurfing along side his boogie boarding daughter, at their favorite beach.
Judson is highly excited to help build GAs new San Diego campus and community!
