Juanita completed her undergraduate studies at the University of San Francisco with a dual degree in International Business and Latin American Studies. Since returning to Los Angeles Juanita has pursued her passion for digital marketing working as a marketing manager for a privately owned student housing company. There she helped develop marketing processes, strategies and pushed for digital innovation through social media channels and website optimization. She was recruited to her current company ConsumerTrack, Inc. 3 years ago as digital marketing analyst. There she along with her team have created performance reporting from the ground up for every department in the company including: product, content, SEO, and media. To continue to stay innovative and up to date with trends she is now transitioning all analytics to be more visualization friendly with the help of Tableau. In parallel she is learning SQL, manages the analytics team SCRUM, and is learning predicative modeling to turn valuable data into actionable decision making. In her free time Juanita enjoys training and sharing her knowledge with others while also continuing to learn herself through seminars and conferences!
