A native of Colombia and graduate of Jorge Tadeo Lozano University’s Graphic Design program, Juancho has nearly 20 years of design experience in marketing and product development. In those 20 years, his work in agency, corporate, and user experience design has helped clients from a wide range of industries solve some of their most challenging growth and business problems. At Q2, Juancho has played an instrumental role in establishing Q2’s brand in the financial services technology space – contributing to the company’s consistent 30+% growth. Today, he mentors teams of user researchers and UX designers whose goal is to deliver meaningful and delightful experiences in digital banking, helping consumers across the country achieve their lifelong financial goals.
