Joyce Shia is currently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Network for Electronic Transfers (NETS) Singapore. In her role, Joyce is responsible for delivering innovative payment products and operating critical payment systems.

Prior to NETS, she has played leadership roles in Telenor Group, Digi Telecommunications & Accenture. She successfully executed large-scale transformation & migration projects including automation & data analytics. She has over 17 years of experience in providing strategic business solutions in the South East Asian region, leveraging a mix of business, strategic, technical, solution delivery and operational skills.

Joyce holds a 1st Class Hons Degree in Software Engineering from Melbourne University, Australia.
