    Software Engineer, Atlassian

    Sydney

She is a Software Engineer at Atlassian with 5 years of professional working experience in Australia. She completed her Bachelor's with honours in Computer Science back in 2017 from University of Belgrade, in Serbia, where she is originally from, and quickly after - moved to Sydney.

Some of her best work is around software platform performance improvements for very large scale customers, and is also something she is very passionate about as an engineer. She also carries expertise in product management and solutions engineering from her first years in Australian technical industry. She gets involved doing work in the wider digital industry where she has managed Atlassian Foundation partnerships, lead internal Foundation teams, volunteered in areas of education by doing mentoring work with students or speaking about technology and soft skills at workshops in Universities.

She also mentors a group of women engineers as a part of Atlassian internal leadership program. She is a big believer of giving back to the community and is by far one of the things she mostly enjoys about her work, that opportunity to spread knowledge and change lives.
