Currently the Human Resources Director at B-Reel, Josh Wise took an untraditional route to his HR career. Starting in ad-tech as a generalist who knew nothing about HR, he worked his way through the ranks to become an accomplished HR professional whose 10+ years in the business have exposed him to all facets of HR at both large and small companies. His specialities exist within employee relations and HR strategy as well as performance management and recruiting. Josh holds an MFA in Creative Writing and writes freelance on the side. When he's not working, Josh likes to spend time with his dog and at the bar down the street where he occasionally works.
