An Experience Design convert, Josh was an Industrial designer of 6 years who saw the light and made the switch to the UX/CX/SD world. Though only a recent change, human centred design has been a constant through his 8 year design career. It has always been his strong belief that you can’t solve problems without first addressing those it is a problem for. Whether you are working on physical products, digital interfaces or services, the solution is the same – develop empathy through research, design with users in mind and test with them also. Josh’s passion lies in helping businesses do just that, by showing how they can put customers at the centre of everything they do.
