Josh Furman is a UX Program Manager on the UX Community and Culture team which focuses on talent development, community and operational efforts for UX Researchers, Designers, UX Engineers, UX Writers & Content Strategists, and UX Program Managers across Google. Prior to this role, he got his start in program management as a UXR PgM on the product side. That early immersion into research shaped how he creates programs and processes grounded in user needs. Prior to Google, Josh worked in the nonprofit space, with a 1 year sabbatical at a farm and cooking school.
