Josh has helped usher disruptive technology into the fashion and retail forefront for the last decade, with pioneering start-ups including Bazaarvoice, Edgecase and now Bold Metrics. As Director of Sales and Partnerships at Bold Metrics, Josh is helping brands like Levi's, Men's Wearhouse and Express reimagine traditional design processes, also leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver cutting-edge customer experiences.
Josh honed his entrepreneurial mindset at Acton School of Business in Austin, graduating with an MBA in Entrepreneurship in 2009. He currently advises several early-stage companies focused on digital innovation and disruption, ranging from custom app development to data science and ADA-compliant digital accessibility innovation.
A native Austinite, Josh has enjoyed seeing the Austin tech community grow into a major player on the international scene. Outside of "work", he enjoys travel, sports and spending as much time as possible with his wife, Nicole, and Blue Heeler, Pepper. He just enjoyed attending his 12th ACL Festival.
