Joseph is the Co-Founder and CEO of Apothca, a vertically-integrated cannabis company working in both the medical and recreational space. He is involved in every stage of the business growth process, with responsibilities such as identifying opportunities, navigating regulatory or negotiation processes to obtain the necessary licenses, and managing operations of active dispensaries.
Joseph comes from a very entrepreneurial family and has always believed in pushing himself to take big leaps when he sees great opportunities. Prior to founding Apothca, Joseph was EVP of sales at Dream Products, LLC, a which he co-founded. He helped build the brand from conception, establishing relationships with major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Kroger, Safeway, Family
Dollar, Hudson News, and bringing Dream Water, the flagship product, to more than 30,000 stores worldwide. He developed creative, market penetration driving sales strategies and managed personnel across a variety of sales teams.
Joseph has also served as VP of Sales Development for the Sarpes Group since 2007.
Joseph has a degree in Business Administration from Babson College.
