Joseph Alim is a first-generation American from Brooklyn, New York. After realizing that the current methods of recruiting entry-level talent were outdated and not inclusive, he co-founded ScholarJet. As COO, he leads the team’s operations, employer partnerships, and product management. Through his work with ScholarJet, he’s been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 and BostInno’s 25 Under 25 lists. Joseph is also an avid cyclist and rock climber.
