I'm a builder. Over the past 20+ years, I have built successful products, product teams, scalable platforms, product companies, and product communities. I believe "product" is a team sport and I help build better cultures by developing better people & teams that build better products for customers.

Building great products starts with leading people and recognizing greatness in everyone. I use coaching as a way to inspire ordinary people to make extraordinary products. I'm able to create environments where cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers and designers are empowered, leverage human centered design, and focus on shared customer outcomes. These product teams work collaboratively, experiment continuously and ultimately thrive in order to discover & anticipate solutions customers love and also work for the business.

I've worked in B2B, B2C, B2B2C companies including start-ups (a few got acquired), Fortune 500 and everything in between. I inspire high-performing global teams to build valuable, viable, usable, feasible and innovative digital products and platforms at scale. I'm also the co-organizer of the ProductTank Phoenix community with over 1200+ members focused on honing their product craft.
