Jonny is a designer, entrepreneur and founder of Make and Grow, a company focused on helping people in tech to build fantastic careers.
Jonny quit his job as a design manager at Deliveroo to build his own company. His product, Progression, helps designers and design teams to define their skills and interests, allowing everyone to know where they stand and where to go.
He’s already got a number of London tech’s most celebrated design teams trialling the product and has huge plans for a future where designers, engineers and all other disciplines can build their careers with the same care that they build their products.
