User Experience and digital designer and strategist with a wide range of experience from user research, website and intranet design, application design, mobile service design, user testing, usability evaluation, future user experience design and all the business change that needs to compliment and support such projects.

I'm particularly interested in creating services that 'flow' with the user and concentrate on the task and behaviour instead of the technology, leaving the user just interacting with the stuff they want to do, and not the framework that supports it.

Currently Head of Digital at the Customer Experience Company, helping companies to realise the potential of digital using a mix of design thinking, human-centric design and management consulting.
