Jon Zachary is a Lead instructor for the General Assembly web development

immersive. He was a chess teacher for 20 years before coming to GA as a student

looking for a career change. Since then he has worked on 4 cohorts and looks

forward to continuing to help students find careers in web development. He has a

passion for education, especially where it intersects with with technical

subjects. He continues to play chess and likes math, poetry and goldfish.
