My career has been focused on digital product design, usability and experience. I've lead in-house, agency and startup design teams in Canada, Australia, Indonesia and Vietnam building products across many industries. Currently Head of FPT Design, the design competency unit of Vietnam based FPT Software. Our team specializes in UX / UCD based design, UI and user research. I've been very fortunate to have spent a majority of the past several years living, working and designing in Southeast Asia.
