Jon is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Gravyty where he works on AI solutions for fundraising. He studied computer science and linguistics at Brandeis University, where his love for language and mathematics gave rise to a deep interest in natural language processing and machine learning, which he now uses to help fundraisers build stronger long-term relationships with their donor base. Rather than using machine learning and automation to replace human interaction, Gravyty helps to make donor outreach more efficient and more personal at the same time by using AI to select donors and automatically craft personal messages to connect with them.
