With a background in stockbroking, John saw an opportunity to leverage his experience in wealth management and superannuation to democratise investing and to empower Australians to take control of their own wealth.

Superhero was founded 2018 and launched it to Australia in late 2020. The business has since grown to 50 employees, over 150,000 customers and has raised over $48 million in growth capital.
