Since then he's held positions like Regional Manager, Sales Director, Ad Ops Manager, and Publisher at independent, digital publishing companies like The Huffington Post, Federated Media and The Awl Network. He now has his own company called Hashtag Labs that's in the business of helping independent publishers and content creators monetize their work more easily and effectively and helping advertisers produce better content.
