John manages analytics for the Mulesoft Customer Success team within Salesforce. Prior to working at Salesforce, he worked as a Customer Success Manager before transitioning into analytics at SmartRecruiters, a recruiting technology company. He transitioned into tech in 2015 after a previous career in winemaking and in hospitality, where he was certified as a sommelier in 2013.
