He is the host of the Drink Beer, Think Beer podcast and co-host of Steal This Beer. Holl is the author of several books including The American Craft Beer Cookbook and is a contributing editor for Wine Enthusiast. His work has appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and more. He has lectured on the culture and history of beer and judged beer competitions around the world.
