As a Recruitment Manager for Kaspersky Lab, John Ashwin has been supporting both the North American and Latin American regions for the past four years. In his first two years with the company, he hired over 200 employees and helped triple the size of the Latin American organization. Along with Talent Acquisition, John manages Employer Branding for the aforementioned regions and assists with other general Human Resources activities. Prior to his tenure at Kaspersky, John worked at Maxonic, a Silicon Valley-based technology consulting firm, where he managed their Vendor Management practice and transformed it to where they were awarded Most Improved Supplier by one of their partners. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time at home with his wife and son, reading history books, traveling, martial arts, and following all of the Chicago sports teams (especially the Bears).
