Johanna is responsible for the technical recruiting strategy in Chicago, branding John Deere as a technology company in this new market, and engaging with local partners to build early STEM talent. She has been with John Deere for 16 years having held various roles within IT including, but not limited to, dealer infrastructure and application support, Asset Management, DevOps, and corporate treasury.

Johanna was born and raised in the Chicago area. Outside of work she enjoys traveling with her husband and two children.
