Joel Oei is the Head, lyf brand (under The Ascott Limited) and he is responsible for the growth & development of lyf portfolio globally. Prior to this appointment, he was Assistant Vice-President, Corporate Strategy and Planning at CapitaLand Limited. Joel joined CapitaLand in 2019 following the merger with Ascendas-Singbridge.

Joel has experience in regional investment, fund & asset management across various asset classes. Joel started his career at Ascendas as a Management Executive and has a degree in Real Estate from National University of Singapore.
