Joe is excited to be joining the GA team, bringing a diverse background of technical education and practical experience. He studied math and computer science at the University of Wisconsin and then at the University of Montana. From there, he traveled south to do full-stack development at the National Snow and Ice Data Center in Boulder, focusing on Ruby on Rails and JavaScript while there. He has been doing freelance work in the front range area for the past 4 years, working with NodeJS, CMS systems like WordPress, and all sorts of other tools. The front range fits him well, because he loves mountains, beer, and start up tech.
