Jocelyn Perron is the Sr Director of Design and Research at Wistia where she leads product design, marketing design, and user research to create world-class designs and experiences that solve the problems marketers face in today’s digital environment. The unique makeup of the team at Wistia allows for greater focus on the end to end customer experience from the first time that someone comes in contact with the brand throughout their extended use of the product.

Before joining the team at Wistia, Jocelyn's early career was spent designing and leading teams working on physical and digital products, marketing sites, and branding for a range of clients including lifestyle and tech brands, before transitioning to in-house teams at LogMeIn and Wayfair.

Jocelyn is passionate about building world-class design teams, brands and products through developing customer empathy, a strong design vision, and very importantly, the output of a talented team.

Outside of Wistia, you can find Jocelyn spending time with her loving husband Alex and their two house rabbits, Abigail (aka "Bug") and Cormac. She enjoys long walks, crafting, sewing, bullet journaling, reading, podcasts and watching YouTube videos.
