Joanne Laipson is the Search and Staffing head for The Osder Group. The Osder Group is a boutique, nimble, innovative professional services and staffing firm that helps its clients identify opportunities, source qualified staff, develop cutting edge strategies, and deploy solid operating plans and products that deliver on the day-to-day realities of the digital media business.
Joanne brings 25+ years of experience in human resources and staffing. Joanne has served as V.P., Human Resources for Sony Pictures Entertainment and has held senior HR roles at IBM/Lotus Development, Tasc Inc (an information technology contractor to the national intelligence community), a national retailer, a global HR consulting firm and a creative design and manufacturing firm.
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. She currently serves on the board of trustees for Chatham University and is a past board member of Beth Chayim Chadashim, a synagogue in Los Angeles.
