I consider myself the love child of strategy and creativity: encompassing a strong mental fortitude, high mental stamina, and IQ. Outgoing, positive, and friendly personality traits are my markers. I am a dreamer and innovator - the one who pursues a project until it is finished no matter how difficult things get. Modeling leadership, with or without positional authority, enables me to influence others and get things done. I take initiative and believe I'm most effective when I'm "showing" versus "telling". I am a tethered balloon rider. I put my heart into everything I do yet I'm able to exercise balance, judgment, and critical thinking to anticipate and mitigate risks and overcome project roadblocks. Others describe my gravitas as happy, funny, adventurous, passionate, and determined to be the hardest working person in the room.
My passion is people. In the simplest form, my aim is to make my co-workers, subordinates, management, and complete strangers feel cared for through my work and attitude. Whether on a small or large scale, I love being a part of the process. Giving back and servant-leadership are a part of my brand. My long-range vision is to one day contribute towards International microeconomics systems to improve housing and self-sufficiency in the third world and developing countries. Until then, I'm constantly looking for ways to improve and contribute right where I am.
