Dr. Jo Golden is a human-centered practitioner, service designer, and educator. As a Service Design Lead at Fjord, she uses design thinking to co-create with clients and project teams to deliver what’s next in the federal space. Jo also teaches Design Leadership at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in a joint program with Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business and co-leads the OpenIDEO DC Chapter where she uses project-based learning to train human-centered designers, facilitators, and researchers who work for social good.
