After serving as an officer in the British Military, Jimmy held a variety of corporate roles culminating in a GM role running an 8 figure business in NZ. He then founded his own virtual coaching and facilitation business, helping leaders who are going through rapid growth and change. He runs highly engaging virtual workshops focussed on helping leaders take action and get results.

Jimmy has an MBA with distinction from AUT and a first-class honors degree in Biological Sciences with studies in the USA from Salford University. Outside of work, Jimmy loves the ocean and is a qualified scuba diving instructor. He spends the rest of his free time looking for the perfect beach house site with his partner, traveling to 70+ countries, and running to keep in shape.
