Jim has over eight years of experience working as a user-centred designer and has been responsible for the development of innovative customer experiences across a wide variety of channels and devices. He’s hands-on, agile, keeps the big picture in mind and thinks collaboration is key to innovation.
Jim has lead and managed user experience activities across multiple industries, including Travel & Leisure, Pharmaceuticals and Automotive, for global brands.
At Isobar he works closely with UX Directors and Senior User Experience Architects to support, grow and manage User Experience team
