Over the past twenty years, Jim’s career has focused on building capacity across many practices on behalf of hundreds of clients worldwide.
He is the former Managing Director, Professional Learning Services, for ASCD a global leader in developing and delivering innovative program that empower educators.
Jim served as a Partner and Chief Learning Officer at Wright Robbins where he was responsible for designing, developing, and managing several global learning programs on behalf of clients such as Microsoft, IBM, Dell, Accenture, and HP. Jim is a certified Human Capital Strategist and holds a Kirkpatrick Four-Levels certification.
