I work with leadership teams to help them build brands, products and services that start with purpose and empathy for the people they serve.

Inspired by human-centred design, I advocate for flat, more collaborative organisational structures.

Having had the privilege of working with some of Australia's pioneering organisations and leadership teams — I'm also passionate about mentoring young people, diversity, equality and inclusion.
