After finding that the corporate legal world was not her passion, Jill moved into the marketing and advertising world. She obtained her MBA in marketing and business strategy from the University of Denver, and began her career as an account manager and digital project manager for various advertising agencies around Denver. While she was knee deep in Google AdWords, she was moonlighting as a match-maker for her friends helping them find jobs. She officially joined the staffing industry about 3 years ago working for The Creative Group and in house at Booyah Advertising. She is now the Division Director of Digital recruiting at TCG.
