Bio: Jessica is a career clarity coach and the founder of Boss Grad Launchpad, teaching college students and new grads how to figure out what they want to do in college and beyond, so they're clear and empowered to take action and create a fulfilling life for themselves. She is an alumna of Salesforce, Yelp, Deloitte Consulting, and Cruise, transitioning successfully to tech from a non-tech background herself, with a background in Economics and Global Studies in college. Before becoming a solopreneur, she was a Senior Data Analyst specializing in people analytics. She is also a beauty pageant titleholder, and former Co-Managing Director at Girls in Tech SF. She considers herself a native of Taiwan, Malaysia, and California, and currently lives in Denver, Colorado.
