Jessica Noglows is the Program Director for Xeek, a challenge platform crowdsourcing solutions at the nexus of data and geoscience. At Xeek, a Studio X product powered by Shell, Jessica connects data scientists and geoscientists to complex problems in energy and in return offers prizes to the best solutions.
Prior to Xeek, Jessica worked as a Lead Venture Architect at BCG Digital Ventures, building products and ventures across a range of industries from adtech to industrial goods. She also worked in product and software/mechanical engineering roles at companies such as Microsoft and Synapse Product Development.
Jessica earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog Kepler and playing ice hockey.
