Jessica Gartenstein is a co-founder of Fronen Foods, a natural food company whose first product line, Frönen, is a non-dairy frozen dessert made with 5 ingredients or fewer. Frönen was awarded first place in the 2017 College New Venture Challenge at the Booth School of Business. Prior to Frönen, Jessica worked at firms including Morgan Stanley and the independent alternative asset management firm, GCM Grosvenor. Jessica graduated from the University of Chicago with general honors as well as honors in the Public Policy Department.
