    Jessica has dedicated her 25+ year career to serving people living with mental illness and their families, helping them to live meaningful lives as contributing members in the community of their choosing. She has extensive experience working across a wide spectrum of behavioral healthcare services and settings. As the Director of Programs and Services for NAMI-NYC Metro, Jessica oversees all support services and programs including the NAMI Helpline, Family-to-Family, Basics and Peer-to-Peer courses, over 30 support groups and programs for adults living with mental illness, family members, parents and caregivers of children 18 years of age and under. Jessica regularly presents on issues related to mental health conditions, suicide prevention, NAMI-NYC programs and services, Workplace Mental Health and anti-stigma campaigns to nonprofits, community groups and corporations throughout NYC. Jessica is a licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner and holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on Community Counseling.
